This video introduces the first part of a moving meditation series called: Warm Heart, Supple Body practice. This series was created by Won Institute faculty member, Sunghyun Song. These movements are to prepare the body and mind for seated meditation. Each posture is designed so that anyone can easily practice them at home, work, or school. With this practice we relax and systematically let go of tension that could block the flow of energy. This practice also helps create a centered and calm atmosphere for meditation.
