ABORM

The ABORM Annual Scholarship is awarded once annually to a student enrolled in either a Masters Degree Program or the Doctoral Degree Program. The ABORM Annual Scholarship amount is $1,000.00, with the scholarship to be paid in full upon successful submission and acceptance for publication of an article in the Journal of Chinese Medicine (JCM).

BUCK Cancer Foundation

Students funding students to advance integrative medicine! The BUCK Cancer Foundation offers innovative educational grants to students pursuing a degree in integrative medicine or a complementary cancer treatment (such as acupuncture, nutrition, medical marijuana, etc). The foundation offers grants up to $5,000 per student that have a unique structure as a Giving Back Grant Program where upon graduation and employment, the student will begin to repay a set percentage of their salary to the Foundation so a new grant can be provided to another round of students. Students get funds when they need it and pay it forward when they can afford it.

Drug Rehabs

Drug-Rehabs.org, has spearheaded the Drug Education and Prevention field for over 20 years. Now more than ever, we are looking for innovative and proactive ways to expand our reach and in doing so help others.

Some students interested in this field of work or similar studies may not be in a financial position to afford it, so we have created a $1,000 scholarship for students pursuing health/wellness related courses of study. Examples of this can include psychology, counseling, social work, pre-med, or nursing (and any other health/wellness related fields of study).

The nuherbs Co. Scholarship Program will award three scholarships to aid students of Acupuncture Medicine in their studies.

Available for the Korean-American (US citizen) student or a Korean student who is working for an advanced degree — BA, BS, MA, MS, MBA, JD, MD, DDS, etc. at a legally approved college or university.

Transgender First National Scholarship

Scholarship Award: $2500

The first national scholarship exclusively dedicated to helping underserved Transgender students get affordable access to a college education. Applicants must identify as Transgender, plan to pursue a degree, or currently pursuing a degree, at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution, have a high school diploma or GED, and be a U.S. Citizen. Awards are annual and based on eligibility, financial need, personal hardship, academic merit, and other related considerations.To apply visit http://transgenderscholarship.org/. Trudy McAlister Scholarship

The AOM Scholarship Fund is a division of the Trudy McAlister Foundation.

The AOM Scholarship Fund was established primarily to support students who show promise of making significant contributions either to clinical practice and/or to the understanding of the role of Acupuncture Medicine in a modern context. The Trudy McAlister Foundation is committed to supporting U.S citizens who are students of Acupuncture Medicine who attend accredited (ACAOM) schools or “candidate” schools in the United States and are studying for their first professional degree. The Foundation also supports research and related activities that promote the advancement of Acupuncture medicine.

Tylenol Future Care Scholarship

Recovery Village Health Care Scholarship

Pinnacle Peak Recovery 

A $500 essay scholarship and students are encouraged to write an essay explaining how they plan on fighting issues surrounding substance abuse and addiction. Examples may include: future career path, volunteering for a related cause, helping someone they love seek treatment, or even how they have overcome their own personal battles.

American Academy of CPR & First Aid, Inc.® Scholarship

Learning CPR and basic first aid are ways any one of us could potentially save a life. The educators and healthcare professionals of tomorrow take this mission even further by pursuing careers dedicated to the advancement of health and wellness. That is why The American Academy of CPR and First Aid is proud to sponsor the “Save a Life” Scholarship, offered exclusively to students majoring in the healthcare and education fields.

The “Save a Life” Scholarship of, $1,500, is awarded twice per year: once in the spring and once in the fall. Each $1,500 award will go to a different student, in order to maximize the impact of the scholarship, spread the word of the importance first aid and CPR training, and share more stories from future educators and healthcare professionals.
