Do I need to RSVP?
Yes, we require each graduate to complete our Student RSVP Form so we can prepare the ceremony space with enough seats. Board members and Faculty please utilize the Board of Trustees & Faculty RSVP.

How many guests can I have at graduation?
Graduates are allowed to have unlimited guests attend this year’s commencement ceremony. We ask that you reflect your number for guests ahead of time on the RSVP form. 

How do I order my graduation regalia?
If you are a graduate, you can place your regalia order by going to our Oak Hall ordering page. Graduates must order by May 31 to ensure on-time delivery. 
If you are a board or faculty member, you will note any regalia needed in your RSVP Form. 

Can I rent my regalia?
Yes, we offer the rental option to all our graduates. The details are also on our Oak Hall ordering page.

When will I receive my regalia?
All graduate regalia will be available for onsite pickup at the Won Institute between July 23 – July 25. If you do not pick up your regalia by the 25th, contact the Registrar at [email protected] to coordinate pickup before August 8*. 
*Regalia will only be available for pickup on graduation day if coordinated in advance by the Registrar’s office.

How do I wear my regalia?
Graduates should wear caps with tassels attached to the left. All graduates may keep their tassel and hood. Graduates renting regalia must return their cap/tam and gown to the Registrar after the ceremony.

Won Institute will be open to graduates, guests, staff, and faculty before and after the ceremony.

The ceremony itself will be held at the Fuge (which is located directly across the parking lot from the Won Institute).

Where can I park? All commencement guests can park in the Won Institute parking lot or The Fuge parking lot. Signs will available to help provide navigation between both parking areas.

Will there be a photographer?
Yes, we have contracted a professional photographer  to capture this year’s commencement ceremony moments. Graduates and family members will be able to purchase professional prints through the photographer’s website. 

Are there opportunities for Won graduates to take photographs?
Yes, the Won Institute Alumni association is proud to sponsor a designated photo station (located downstairs in Samsung Hall) that will be available during the graduates’ breakfast from 9:00am – 10:30am.
