Won Institute Library

The Won Library is the information resource center for the Won Institute of Graduate Studies. Library resources support our three graduate and certificate programs, as well as other areas of interest. The collection’s strongest components are related to Buddhism, History of Religions, Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Buddhist/Christian Studies, Meditation, Psychology, Cross-Cultural Studies, and Mind-Body Studies.

The Won Library’s collection includes English, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese language materials. The library collection is accessible to all students and faculty through Populi.

The library is a member of the Tri-State Consortium, which allows Won Institute students to borrow material from all libraries in the general area. See Populi for specific information and details.

The library is open to Won Institute students, faculty, and staff, and to additional visitors by permission only. However, borrowing privileges are restricted to students, faculty and staff. Members of the general public are invited to browse our collection and are welcome to read in our library.

The librarian works diligently to expand our collection and continually adds new titles to the stacks. Suggestions for new books to add to the library are always welcomed!
