Front Desk Staff Needed for Saturdays in busy community acupuncture clinic in Flemington, NJ

Requirements:
• Enjoy interacting with people of all backgrounds
• Compassion for people who are in pain, distress, or hardship
• Strong level of comfort attending to a diverse population of clientele, including: all races, genders, folks with difficult financial circumstances, LGBTQIA+ folks, trauma survivors, people with disabilities, people with addictions
• Ability to communicate clearly, succinctly, and compassionately with patients and staff
• Desire to learn about community acupuncture and then share with patients how it works
• Efficient and savvy computer skills a must
• Proficiency at various marketing + social media platforms including: Instagram, mailchimp, canva, wordpress
• Website maintenance
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills, calm and focused when multitasking
• Commitment to a collaborative spirit, openness to receiving and positively responding to feedback and new ideas, interested in growing as a human
• Spanish and English language skills preferred
Current hours: Saturday 8:45-1:30
Starting hourly pay: $16.50 or more with specific experience
