Intent To Enroll

In order to reserve a spot in the next incoming class, please fill out this form by November 1 for spring start, and March 1 for fall start. 

If you have not yet paid your enrollment deposit, you will need to submit that separately using the online matriculation form at woninstitute.edu/matriculation. You must also complete any outstanding prerequisites as indicated on your acceptance letter.
