Beautiful office space available for Part Time use in Rittenhouse for a Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist, Body Worker, Nutritionist, Health Coach, Life Coach, Therapist, Herbalist, Integrative Practitioner, Energy Worker, etc. Great opportunity to grow your business through referrals with main lease holder!
Office is located in a pretty brownstone and has become a hub of integrative medicine: the other offices are used by massage therapists, acupuncturist, functional medicine doctor, therapists, etc.
Cost is $150- $350 per month for 1 day/wk- half of the week (can be negotiable given the right circumstances). Days and times can be discussed. You will be sharing the space on days the Acupuncturist is not utilizing it.
Responsibilities
You are a warm, honest, communicative, trustworthy person who is interested in a year-long sublease commitment and potentially shared referrals!
