I’m Dr. Charlotte Morgan, D.Ac. I’ve spent seven fulfilling years building my practice into what it is today- a full schedule and waitlist, streamlined billing and record keeping, and lots of happy patients. This has allowed me to have the prosperous and low-stress career I’ve always dreamed of. However, life happens, and I now find myself preparing to move back to Georgia to be closer to my family. I am seeking an aligned acupuncturist who feels called to carry my practice forward.
Vedana has two locations- the main office is in Denver and the secondary location is in Parker, CO. Both offices are well-established, have a 5 star rating on Google, and a strong referral network by word of mouth, insurance provider directories, hospitals, fertility clinics, chiropractors, and other allied professionals that would be willing to continue referring to the right buyer. The practice currently receives approximately five new patients per month solely through insurance directories.
The Denver clinic is centrally located, providing convenient access to the neighborhoods of Littleton, Washington Park, Cherry Creek, Denver Tech Center, and downtown Denver. The office is on the top floor with big windows facing the trees, and filled with natural light.
The Parker office is located on the charming Mainstreet in downtown Parker, in a unique collective space that includes bodywork and movement rooms—perfect for cross marketing.
The two clinics currently average 30 patients per week with an average gross yearly revenue of $135,665. There is major potential for expansion by further tapping into the unsaturated Parker market (and current waitlist), and running both offices full-time with an associate.
54% of patients are cash-pay, and the rest use health insurance. Insured patients are more likely than cash patients to transition with a new practitioner already in their network, especially since the majority of acupuncturists in the area do not accept insurance. High reimbursement rates and streamlined billing processes are already in place. I am happy to train a new buyer in insurance billing to foster a smooth transition without the need for billers.
