Rapid technological advances and their ever-increasing presence in our lives can be overwhelming. We find ourselves endlessly distracted. From this has emerged the trend of digital detox: taking a break from electronic devices to reduce stress or focus on personal relationships. As digital communication has improved our ability to rapidly exchange information, harnessing our mind allows us to communicate with our internal selves in order to better understand ourselves and others.

This workshop will introduce you to a technology of mindfulness for yourself and your students. With this practice, we can all learn to benefit from technology and not be overwhelmed and distracted in our daily lives.

Workshop Cost

After June 15th, the workshop costs will go up to $115.
