Tri-State College Library Cooperative

The Won Institute is a member of the Tri-State College Library Cooperative (TCLC), which consists of approximately 46 member institutions, many of them smaller libraries, including Won Institute’s Library. By joining this cooperative, faculty, staff and students from any member library are granted borrowing privileges from any of the other member libraries. You may exercise this privilege through Inter Library Loan (which is now a free service if Won borrows from any of the member libraries), or in person. If you choose to visit any of the member libraries in person, you need to have a letter signed by the Won Librarian (download below) along with a valid photo ID. You present both the signed letter and the ID to the librarian at the library of your interest, and you should be granted borrowing privileges at that library. I tried the procedure out at one of the member libraries and was given a temporary card that is good for the semester. Please note that Villanova’s library will do ILL but does not allow direct borrowing.
