Won Institute Library
The Won Library is the information resource center for the Won Institute of Graduate Studies. Library resources support our three graduate programs: Applied Meditation Studies, Acupuncture Studies and Won Buddhist Studies. The collection's strongest components are related to Buddhism, History of Religions, Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Buddhist/Christian Studies, Meditation, Psychology, Cross-Cultural Studies, and Mind-Body Studies. The Won Library's collection includes English, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese language materials.
The Won Library is open both to the Won Institute students, faculty, and staff, and to the general public. However, borrowing privileges are restricted to students, faculty and staff. Members of the general public are invited to browse our collection and are welcome to read in our library.
Our librarian, Sandy Hostetter, works diligently to expand our collection and continually adds new titles to the stacks. Suggestions for new books to add to the library are always welcomed!
