Payment for additional siblings can be made on the day of the event.
Children’s Yoga Express™ is a Parent and Child Yoga and Mindfulness Class. Learn and gain skills together in bringing awareness, calm, and flexibility to the mind and body.
All Yoga and Mindfulness Classes include a series of fun-filled yoga postures, cardio activity, games, stories, music, arts and crafts, journaling, mindful eating activities, and relaxation. Children are guided through a yoga experience - giving them tools for a balanced mind and body.
We provide props, art supplies, and snacks. Children will take home some props and finished art projects. Snacks are limited to Organic Dried Fruits, or a fresh Organic Apple and are used for the purpose of mindful eating activities. Snacks are not provided every week.

Power Warriors™ - Upon entering the world of independence, these little maturing warriors are feeling the powerful surge of their strength and growth in mind and body. We will move into a series of fun-filled yoga postures for an overall mind and body stretch, building flexibility and endurance. With the breath being our life force, children will learn breathing techniques for health and wellness. Additionally, we will play games that build confidence, social, team building, and leadership skills.
Instructor: Tammy Keorkunian, founder and director of Children’s Music Express™ has been teaching Parent/Child Music and Movement Classes for over a decade. She has received her MA in Applied Meditation Studies from the Won Institute of Graduate Studies. Tammy has her BA in Communications and Theater from Temple University. She has been trained in the Kinesiology program, “Meeting Children’s Needs Through Movement” at Temple University and has completed her Certification in levels 1-3 from the Radiant Child Yoga Immersion Program. Currently, Tammy provides Training Workshops for Teachers, Homeschooling Networks, and Private Groups/Practices, as well as Public/Private Programs, including Classes and Special Events.
